    Does Victoria Store offer refunds?

    • We have a REFUND policy.

    How can I exchange my order?

    • Online:
      • All products purchased from maliao.pk can be exchanged if they are in their original state (packaging/tags/motifs/embroideries intact) and with the original receipt.
      • To have your article exchanged, please email your order number along with images of the product and the reason for exchange to Support@victoriastore.com.pk within 14 days of purchase.
    • Accessories are non-exchangeable.
    • Strictly NO EXCHANGE POLICY for sale/discounted items unless a valid reason:
      • Wrong size
      • Damaged/defected article
      • Incomplete package
      • Different article
    • Items damaged/defective after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.

    What is the timeline for the exchange policy?

    • An exchange will be processed within 14 working days of receiving and assessing the product by our team.

    How will my money be reimbursed?

    • Victoria Store does not offer refunds, articles can be exchanged with desired items worth the same price as the article to be exchanged. However, if a customer has received a damaged article then, a customer can choose to have the same article re-shipped, or a voucher worth the price of the article can be issued. You will be notified via email.

    What should I do if the voucher amount is incorrect?
